Terms & Conditions

Please tick the box stating that you accept the following terms and conditions of hire in order for the booking form to be submitted. Once ticked your acceptance of the terms and conditions has been agreed.
1. To confirm a booking a minimum 50% deposit is required.
2. Any quote submitted is valid for 4 weeks.
3. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable
4. The balance of the payment is required 60 days before hire commencement. The car will not be permitted to commence hire until paid for in full. If the balance payment is not paid for in full by 30 days prior to the date of hire, then any deposits made will be forfeited and the car will be made available for hire to any other potential customers.
5. Payments are accepted by BACS transfer or via cheque. Funds must be cleared for a booking to be confirmed
6. Please note that quotes are based on a standard 3 hour wedding hire , this being sufficient for most weddings. If the car is required for longer then it must be agreed at the time of the booking or upon an agreed amendment. We will endeavour, where possible, to state the agreed hours of hire in your booking confirmation e-mail.
7. Any changes in the itinery that occur between the time of the booking and the wedding/occasion day may be subject to a price alteration and if so any extra charges incurred (ie to another destination or additional journey) must be made in advance.
8. Any cancellation must be notified in writing. Should the customer cancel the agreement with less than 60 days notice then the customer is liable for 50% of the outstanding balance. Should the customer cancel the agreement with less than 30 days notice then they should be liable for the full amount of the agreement.
9. Something Borrowed cannot be held responsible or liable for loss or damage to the customers property,luggage or personal effects howsoever it may be caused.
